Manage all administrative needs of the division’s employees and managers
Duties include:
• Responsible for the division manager’s calendar and schedule
• Personal assistant to the Division Head
• Responsible for coordinating employee’s flights
• Responsible for office / kitchen equipment and supply
• Production of reports and presentations
• Controlling and assisting with Office everyday needs
• Liaising with suppliers and other staff members
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as administrative assistant
• Excellent computer skills ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet)
• English - mother tongue level
• Arabic - advantage
• Excellent interpersonal relations and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure and to work & respect different cultures
• Independent and able to perform multiple tasks
• University degree - advantage
• *Please be aware that for this position gender is not an issue.
• UAE residents - advantage
