Key Responsibilities 
• Provide the overall consultancyand project management for the network deployment of all network elements Including Site acquisition, civil work, installation, vendor management of all network elements, Buildings, air-condition, power supply, access roads, mast and shelters.
• Develop tactical and operational plans for the area- Ensure network roll-out according to the RFP, Sow and Contractual agreements.
• Perform PM duties and provide required PM reporting
• Develop and maintain solid processes to ensure co-ordination and communication between all parties involved in the project. Define and supervise a detailed reporting for all processes
• Monitor progress on all elements of the project
• Project Implementation supervision

1)     Ist Technician – HVAC Qualification; Min. 2 years Diploma /Certificate in RAC.  Experience: Min.8 years post Diploma, experience in Large split. A/c and Package units. Should have experience in maintenance Air Handling units(AHU)

2)     Foreman-HVAC Qualification; High school & 2/3 years Diploma in Mechanical /Air Conditioning Experience: Min,8 years in Air conditioning Mechanic of which 3 years shall have been at supervisory level. Can perform inspection, testing, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC.

3)     Operator-HVAC/Chiller Qualification: Min, 2/3 years Diploma/Certificate RAC. Experience: Min, 8 years post Diploma, experience in Large split A/C and package units shall be very well competent in handling independently its electrical/ refrigerating circuit.

4)     Senior Technician-HVAC Qualification; Min, High School & 2 years diploma Experience: should have at least Mi, experience of 3 years for the repair, assembly, installation, testing & commissioning of all kinds of pumps horizontal & vertical split case centrifugal pumps etc.

5)     Specialist – HVAC/Chiller Qualification: Min, High School & 2 years Diploma Experience: same as mentioned at Sr. # 4.

6)     Technician-HVAC Qualification: Min, 2 years Diploma / certificate in RAC. Experience: same as mentioned at sr. #1.

7)     Ist Technician Plumbing Qualification: High school & Technical certificate in plumbing /pipe Fitter/ Mechanical. Experience: Min, 8 years experience in repair of hot & cold water system, fire & irrigation systems, waste watersystem, industrial water heater, all types of pump sanitary fixtures, qualified in metal works and electrical welding copper brazing.

8)     Ist Technician Pumps Qualification: Technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro-Mechanical. Experience in repairs, installation of all types of pumps used in sanitary /sewage water Treatment system, fire/Irrigation system.

9)     Foreman-Plumbing Qualification: High School & 2 yrs Technical Diploma in Plumbing. Experience: 8 years exp. In supervise & inspects all plumbing activities by sub –ordinates, prepare maintenance schedule. Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings of all types.

10) Ist Technician –Electrical Low Voltage Qualification: certificate /Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power). Experience: 6 years Exp. In operations & maintenance of L.V Network relevant experience maintenance of L.V distribution, panel boards, motor controls & lightings of all types.

11) Technician- Electrical Low Voltage Qualification: certificate /Diploma in Electricity or Electrical Engineering (Power).Experience: same as mentioned at Sr. # 10.

12) IST Technician- Instrument & control Qualification: 2 years Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Power). Experience: 5 years experience in the same field, instrumentation and associated digital control systems .can maintain Honeywell automation Delta net system such as Delta-1000 , Delta-5200 and PC Plus. Working knowledge with HVAC
