Work Experience • Minimum of seven years experience in Telecommunication networks,
of which five years must be specialized in all areas of Civil Work,
design and maintenance.
• Must have performed role of Vendor management, Civil Design
Reviews, Project management
• Experience in developing and writing extensive civil specifications and
system RFP.
• Project Management Experience.
• Experience in development, review of Network and Site Procedures
and policies.

Skill Set 
• Experience in all aspects of Network Deployment, installation and Functional Site Testing.
• Experience in evaluation and review of all civil work elements including Site Design, buildings, Air Conditioners, Generators, Towers and communication hardware and software
• Knowledge of design and implementation, installation and configuration of network hardware(base stations, repeaters Routers Switches, etc).
Key Responsibilities 
• Provide the overall consultancyand project management for the network deployment of all network elements Including Site acquisition, civil work, installation, vendor management of all network elements, Buildings, air-condition, power supply, access roads, mast and shelters.
• Develop tactical and operational plans for the area- Ensure network roll-out according to the RFP, Sow and Contractual agreements.
• Perform PM duties and provide required PM reporting
• Develop and maintain solid processes to ensure co-ordination and communication between all parties involved in the project. Define and supervise a detailed reporting for all processes
• Monitor progress on all elements of the project
• Project Implementation supervision
