Key Responsibilities:	- Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time. - Achieving the S&CS monthly revenue targets. - Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers . - Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management. - Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS. - Working as a team player in a harmonized manner.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:	- Proactive, solution focused and service oriented - Good communication ability especially listening skills - Interactive personality with relationship building ability - Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team - Ability to work in challenging environment - Ability to work under stress - High level of integrity - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written) - Excellent computer knowledge - Knowledge on corporate culture and values - Team building skills - Good planning and organizing skills
